Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in the casual restaurant industry preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Availability to work within open hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Familiarity with a POS system is preferred
- ServSafe certification is preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Assist in maintaining guest flow within the restaurant
- Coordinate seating to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff as needed
- Support overall restaurant operations and uphold service standards
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs and concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
