Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in the casual restaurant industry preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Availability to work within open hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Familiarity with a POS system is preferred
  • ServSafe certification is preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Assist in maintaining guest flow within the restaurant
  • Coordinate seating to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • Communicate with servers and kitchen staff as needed
  • Support overall restaurant operations and uphold service standards
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs and concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
