Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience as a host in the fast-casual restaurant industry
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
- Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a physically demanding restaurant environment

Job Duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival and create memorable first impressions
- Manage guest seating and reservation systems efficiently
- Communicate clearly and warmly with guests and team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and surrounding areas
- Assist in coordinating guest flow during busy hours to ensure a smooth dining experience
- Support team leadership by fostering positive interactions and helping resolve conflicts
- Uphold safety and compliance standards within the restaurant environment
