- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment
- demonstrate genuine hospitality and make every guest feel welcome at the door
- engage in friendly conversation while seating guests promptly
- introduce guests to their server
- manage restaurant waiting list during high-volume periods to set accurate guest expectations
- sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- clean and sanitize guest touch points in the restaurant
