Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in the casual restaurant industry preferred
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- familiarity with POS systems preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ability to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment

Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly manner
- seat guests effectively to maintain restaurant flow
- assist in managing overall guest flow within the restaurant
- communicate clearly with team members and management regarding seating and guest needs
- handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- maintain cleanliness and organization around host station
- operate point of sale (POS) system effectively
