Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in the casual restaurant industry preferred
  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • familiarity with POS systems preferred
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly manner
  • seat guests effectively to maintain restaurant flow
  • assist in managing overall guest flow within the restaurant
  • communicate clearly with team members and management regarding seating and guest needs
  • handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • maintain cleanliness and organization around host station
  • operate point of sale (POS) system effectively
