Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- must be friendly and great with guests
- must be able to work on feet for hours at a time
- strong guest and customer service skills
- friendly and people skills required
- ability to utilize restaurant POS software platform
- must be able to work weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in customer service or hospitality industry is a plus
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency with restaurant POS software preferred
- friendly and outgoing personality
- strong guest service orientation
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and positive attitude
- manage reservations and seating assignments using restaurant POS software
- engage guests with small talk and learn their names when possible
- maintain a clean and organized host area
- assist with coordinating wait times and communicating with guests
- provide excellent customer service ensuring guest satisfaction
- work collaboratively with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations
