Job Requirements

Previous restaurant experience is not required but preferred
ability to read and understand simple instructions
ability to write simple correspondence
ability to effectively present information to guests and other team members
must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
constant standing/walking
occasional stooping/kneeling
occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 40 pounds
occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps
frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine
constant receiving detailed information through oral communication
constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas using the spoken word
constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Warmly greet all guests upon their arrival
open the front door for guests entering or leaving the restaurant when possible
inspect tables for proper presentation
record the guests information in the NoWait App and provide the guest with an estimated wait time when the restaurant is on a wait for tables
notify guests via the No Wait App when their table is ready
accommodate special seating requests whenever possible
make friendly conversation with guests as you walk them to their table
upon seating, offer guests a menu and inform them of the servers name
handle food such as chips and salsa
thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
attend all scheduled team member meetings
