Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year experience as a host in the fast-casual restaurant industry
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED required
Proficiency in POS systems
Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds
