Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a host in the fast-casual restaurant industry
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
- Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
- Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds
Job Qualifications
