- ability to lift 25 pounds
- ability to stand for 10 or more hours
- reliable transportation
- ability to memorize floor chart, table numbers, and steps of service
- adherence to uniform guidelines

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a welcoming and energetic welcome, promptly and professionally
- maintain cleanliness of entryway including glass doors and entryway floors
- sanitize menus after use
- ensure guest restrooms are clean, stocked and presentable always
- check paper products, soap, and overall cleanliness during each restroom check
- report any maintenance issues immediately
- lift up to 25 pounds
- stand for 10 or more hours
- adhere to uniform guidelines
- memorize floor chart, table numbers, and steps of service
- coordinate seating with servers and bussers
- maintain smooth front-of-house operations
- provide excellent guest service
