Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in the casual restaurant industry preferred
- High school diploma or GED, preferred
- Availability to work within open hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Familiarity with a POS system is preferred
- ServSafe certification is preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds

Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly manner
- Seat guests according to restaurant availability and guest preferences
- Assist in maintaining smooth guest flow throughout the restaurant
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Uphold the restaurant's standards of service and hospitality
- Support the team during busy periods by managing waiting lists and reservations
- Ensure the dining area and host station are clean and organized
