Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and politely
- ability to handle cash and payment transactions accurately
- ability to comply with state and local health regulations
- physical ability to move and stand for extended periods
- positive attitude and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- excellent communication skills
- ability to observe and differentiate between monetary denominations
- sufficient mobility to operate effectively in the work area
- knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling
- experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong multitasking and organizational skills
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- answer phones and take To Go orders
- enter and package To Go orders accurately
- collect payments and handle monetary denominations correctly
- fill beverage orders as needed
- assist service personnel in clearing and setting tables
- resolve guest complaints and notify manager accordingly
