Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in the casual restaurant industry preferred
  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • availability to work within open hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • familiarity with a POS system preferred
  • ServSafe certification is preferred
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests both arriving and departing in a friendly manner
  • seat guests efficiently to maintain smooth restaurant flow
  • assist in maintaining overall guest flow and restaurant organization
  • communicate effectively with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
  • manage reservations and waitlists as needed
  • provide excellent customer service to address guest inquiries and concerns
  • support the team in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
