Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in the casual restaurant industry preferred
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- availability to work within open hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- familiarity with a POS system preferred
- ServSafe certification is preferred
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet all guests both arriving and departing in a friendly manner
- seat guests efficiently to maintain smooth restaurant flow
- assist in maintaining overall guest flow and restaurant organization
- communicate effectively with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- manage reservations and waitlists as needed
- provide excellent customer service to address guest inquiries and concerns
- support the team in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
