Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- capable of standing for extended periods
- flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- basic knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
- strong organizational skills
- obtain a food handlers permit
- obtain a tabc certification

Job Duties
- arrive at work on time, in uniform with a polished appearance
- provide an "all star," fun guest experience that begins with an enthusiastic greeting at the front door
- listen to the guest and provide "all star service" that’s just for them
- coordinate the flow of business within the restaurant by organizing reservations, seating guests, and providing accurate wait times and event information
- work as part of a team to help facilitate efficiency, engagement, hospitality, and great fun
