Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and farewell with an upbeat and friendly attitude
- Manage guest wait times and seating arrangements efficiently
- Handle special seating requests and communicate unique guest needs to team members
- Escort guests to their tables ensuring comfort and satisfaction
- Interact with guests and vendors via phone professionally
- Relay messages accurately to team members
- Assist servers, bussers and other team members as needed to maintain smooth operations
