Job Requirements
- Reading writing and verbal communication skills required
- Mobility required during the entire shift
- Ability to transport and carry objects such as high-chairs up to 15 pounds up to 15 times per shift
- Ability to clean table tops, legs, seats, and pick up debris from floors
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Job Qualifications
- Reading writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain mobility during the entire shift
- Ability to transport and carry objects such as high-chairs up to 15 pounds multiple times per shift
- Ability to wipe down table tops legs, pick up debris from the floor, and clean booth seats
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Greets both arriving and departing guests and seats them in a friendly manner
- Assists in maintaining overall guest flow in the restaurant
- Opens door for guests arriving and departing
- Accommodates any special needs of guests such as boosters, highchairs, disabilities
- Manages the wait list when the restaurant is full
- Provides guest assistance to servers as needed
- Maintains a clean and organized work area and completes cleaning assignments
- Fills out the feature board and inflates balloons
