Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
- basic understanding of sanitation and hygiene practices
- physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- ability to handle fast-paced and high-pressure environments
- reliable transportation to and from work
Job Qualifications
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well within a team
- experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred but not required

Job Duties
- work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment
- demonstrate genuine hospitality and set the stage for an exceptional dining experience
- make every single guest feel welcome at the door
- engage in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion
- introduce guests to their server
- manage restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
- sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- clean and sanitize guest touch points in the restaurant
