Job Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- ability to read and understand simple instructions
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to effectively present information to guests and other team members
- must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
- constant standing and walking
- occasional stooping and kneeling
- occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 40 pounds
- occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps
- frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine
- constant receiving detailed information through oral communication
- constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas using the spoken word
- constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Warmly greet all guests upon their arrival
- open the front door for guests entering or leaving the restaurant when possible
- inspect tables for proper presentation
- when the restaurant is on a wait for tables, record the guest’s information in the NoWait App and provide the guest with an estimated wait time
- notify guests via the No Wait App when their table is ready
- accommodate special seating requests whenever possible
- make friendly conversation with guests as you walk them to their table
- upon seating, offer guests a menu and inform them of the server’s name
- handle food: chips and salsa
- thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- attend all scheduled team member meetings
