Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math and computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Job Duties
- Work in a team-oriented environment to provide guests with a fresh dining experience
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality and welcome guests at the door
- Engage in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion
- Introduce guests to their server
- Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume to set guest expectations
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Clean and sanitize guest touch points in the restaurant
