Job Requirements

  • Minimum of six months experience in the casual restaurant industry preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Familiarity with POS systems preferred
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly manner
  • Seat guests promptly and assist in managing the flow of the dining room
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized host stand and dining area
  • Assist with answering phone calls and managing reservations
  • Uphold company policies and provide excellent customer service
  • Support other restaurant staff as needed to enhance guest experience
