Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in the casual restaurant industry preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Availability to work within open hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Familiarity with a POS system preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly manner
- Assist in maintaining the overall guest flow of the restaurant
- Manage waiting lists and reservations efficiently
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve seating issues promptly
- Monitor dining area to ensure cleanliness and readiness
- Support team members to ensure an engaging dining experience
