Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
- willingness to work fast-paced hours up to 8 hours
- capable of pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests courteously and efficiently
- answer phone calls and direct to-go orders properly
- manage the waitlist and call-ahead seating
- keep the host/hostess area stocked with necessary items
- maintain cleanliness of the lobby, menus, and restrooms
- coordinate with team members to ensure smooth guest flow
- provide a positive and enthusiastic attitude at all times
