Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience in the casual restaurant industry preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with POS system preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Assist in maintaining the overall guest flow of the restaurant
- Provide exceptional customer service to all arriving and departing customers
- Collaborate with servers and management to ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage reservation and waitlist systems accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly
