Job Duties
- Greet guests and seat them at appropriate tables
- Record customer reservations and seating times accurately
- Maintain and update restaurant seating charts
- Set up and maintain dining room areas before service
- Assist with stocking utensils and supplies for shifts
- Advise guests on menu and beverage options
- Oversee food and beverage service delivery
- Act as liaison between kitchen and floor staff
- Perform cashier and bus person duties as required
- Follow cash handling policies and maintain security
- Refill water, coffee, and remove used service items
- Perform cleaning and preparation duties during downtime
