Job Requirements

  • Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and seat them at appropriate tables
  • Record customer reservations and seating times accurately
  • Maintain and update restaurant seating charts
  • Set up and maintain dining room areas before service
  • Assist with stocking utensils and supplies for shifts
  • Advise guests on menu and beverage options
  • Oversee food and beverage service delivery
  • Act as liaison between kitchen and floor staff
  • Perform cashier and bus person duties as required
  • Follow cash handling policies and maintain security
  • Refill water, coffee, and remove used service items
  • Perform cleaning and preparation duties during downtime
