Job Duties

Warmly greet all guests upon their arrival
open the front door for guests entering or leaving the restaurant when possible
inspect tables for proper presentation
when the restaurant is on a wait for tables, record the guest's information in the NoWait App and provide the guest with an estimated wait time
notify guests via the No Wait App when their table is ready
accommodate special seating requests whenever possible
make friendly conversation with guests as you walk them to their table
