Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting area
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely seating and service
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- Monitor wait times and communicate effectively with guests
- Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed
