Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting area
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely seating and service
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
  • Monitor wait times and communicate effectively with guests
  • Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed
