Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions
- Good communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Ability to greet and interact with guests in a friendly manner
- Basic cash handling skills
- Ability to organize and maintain seating charts
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing and bending
Job Duties
- Greet guests and seat them at appropriate tables
- Record customer reservations or seating times
- Maintain and update restaurant seating charts
- Set up and maintain dining room areas before service
- Assist with maintaining stock of silverware for the shift
- Liaise between kitchen and floor staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform cashier and bus person duties as required including processing payments
