Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in the casual restaurant industry preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Availability to work within open hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Familiarity with a POS system is preferred
- ServSafe certification is preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds

Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Seat guests efficiently to maintain optimal guest flow
- Assist in managing waiting lists and reservations
- Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff about guest seating and needs
- Monitor dining room activity to anticipate guest needs and maintain smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and dining entrance area
