Job Requirements

  • High school education preferred
  • Food Handlers Card valid in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Motivation to provide excellent guest service
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and professional attitude

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset
  • Ability to use computer seating systems
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with enthusiasm and warmth upon arrival
  • Notify guests of wait times and manage the waiting list using the computer seating system
  • Escort guests to their tables, seat them, and distribute menus
  • Answer phone calls and respond to questions about the menu, reservations, and restaurant details
  • Handle guest complaints using the AIM method - Apologize, Investigate, and involve Management
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
  • Maintain a positive, guest-focused attitude while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
