Job Duties
- Greeting guests warmly upon arrival
- managing reservations and waitlists
- escorting guests to their tables promptly and courteously
- coordinating with kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely seating
- addressing guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the entry and waiting areas
- assisting in opening and closing duties as needed
