Job Duties
- Keep the dining area clean, organized, and inviting for guests at all times
- ensure tables are wiped down, sanitized, and set up for new guests promptly
- sweep, mop, and maintain clean floors throughout the dining area
- monitor trash and recycling areas, ensuring they are emptied regularly and maintained in a neat and sanitary manner
- restock napkins, condiments, and utensils as needed
- greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude as they enter the restaurant
- assist guests with seating, ensuring they are comfortable and have everything they need for their meal
- anticipate and address guests' needs during their visit, including refills, extra napkins, or any special requests
- ensure all guests have an exceptional dining experience by responding to questions and resolving concerns quickly and professionally
- maintain a positive and energetic attitude, contributing to a warm and friendly atmosphere
- collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations in the dining room
- assist front-of-house team as needed to keep the flow of service efficient
- support leadership in maintaining restaurant standards and contributing to the team's success
- adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment
