Job Requirements
- Minimum of six months of customer service, retail sales, or food service experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers in English
- Basic knowledge of how to operate a computer/tablet
- Basic math skills
- Understands the importance of practicing safety and sanitation policies at all times
- Demonstrates a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights and weekends
- Stable work history
Job Qualifications

Job Duties

- Monitor wait times and provide accurate information to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and lobby area
- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Promote a welcoming atmosphere and uphold safety and sanitation standards
