Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in the casual restaurant industry preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Availability to work within open hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Familiarity with a POS system is preferred
  • ServSafe certification is preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly manner
  • Seat guests efficiently to maintain optimal flow
  • Assist in managing overall guest flow within the restaurant
  • Coordinate with servers and other staff to improve guest service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
  • Handle guest inquiries and assist with special requests
  • Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
