Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to handle a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Welcoming guests and making them feel valued
- engaging in friendly conversation while seating guests in a timely manner
- introducing guests to their server
- managing the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods to set guest expectations accurately
- sincerely thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return
- cleaning and sanitizing guest touch points in the restaurant
