Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- effective communication skills
- dependable and punctual
- previous experience in a customer service environment preferred

Job Duties
- demonstrating genuine hospitality by warmly welcoming guests at the door
- engaging in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion
- introducing guests to their server to ensure a smooth transition
- managing the restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
- sincerely thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return
- cleaning and sanitizing guest touchpoints in the restaurant to maintain a safe environment
