Job Requirements
- Answer phones within 3 rings and schedule reservations
- Provide guests with accurate wait time estimates during busy periods
- Seat guests and take initial drink orders as needed to ensure greeting time of 1 minute
- Assist with opening/closing tasks and side work as needed
- Rotate seating between different stations to ensure even workloads for waitstaff
- Have complete menu knowledge
- Maintain a neat, organized front-of-house environment
- Greet guests with warm, friendly & inviting smile and body language as soon as they walk through the door
- 1-3 years customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Team leader who looks for ways to help out other employees whenever possible
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Flexible schedule, particularly for weekend/evening shifts
- Friendly, open disposition
- Ability to work 6+ hours on your feet at a time
- Able to give positive feedback and/or constructive criticism
