Job Requirements

Answer phones within 3 rings and schedule reservations
Provide guests with accurate wait time estimates during busy periods
Seat guests and take initial drink orders as needed to ensure greeting time of 1 minute
Assist with opening/closing tasks and side work as needed
Rotate seating between different stations to ensure even workloads for waitstaff
Have complete menu knowledge
Maintain a neat, organized front-of-house environment
Greet guests with warm, friendly & inviting smile and body language as soon as they walk through the door
1-3 years customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
Team leader who looks for ways to help out other employees whenever possible
High school diploma/GED preferred
Flexible schedule, particularly for weekend/evening shifts
Friendly, open disposition
Ability to work 6+ hours on your feet at a time
Able to give positive feedback and/or constructive criticism
