Job Requirements
- Be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, etc. for extended periods of time
- Be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Possess a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service to members and guests
- Have prior experience in a customer service, host/hostess, or hospitality role (preferred but not required)
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Remain calm and composed under pressure
- Display proficiency in reservation and point-of-sale systems (preferred) or possess the ability to quickly learn new computer skills
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome members and guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Manage reservations efficiently and coordinate seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service
- Assist in creating a pleasant dining environment by maintaining cleanliness and organization in the reception and entry areas
- Provide information to members and guests about club facilities, events, and activities
- Address any immediate concerns or special requests from members and guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
- Collaborate with dining and event staff to facilitate seamless service during peak dining hours and special events
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of menu offerings, club events, and promotional activities
- Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting colleagues as needed
