Job Duties
- Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment
- Provide genuine hospitality to guests making them feel welcome at the door
- Engage in friendly conversation as guests are seated in a timely fashion
- Introduce guests to their server
- Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume periods to set accurate guest expectations
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Clean and sanitize guest touch points in the restaurant
