- At least two years of experience at a fast paced dining establishment is preferred
- a warm and outgoing personality with a passion for food and customer service
- commitment to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience
- excellent people skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- the ability to multi-task and work well in a high volume environment
- fluent in English
- proficiency in other languages is a plus

Job Duties
- Cheerfully greet the guests
- escort guests to their table
- provide menus to guests
- answer preliminary questions from guests
- monitor table rotations
- keep track of prepared tables for new guests
- answer the phone
- take reservations
- manage take-out orders when required
