- Must be able to lift, handle, and carry trays, smallwares, and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a genuine smile and positive attitude
- manage the flow of guests by taking reservations, assigning tables, and ensuring efficient seating
- calculate and provide accurate wait times while keeping guests informed
- maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the host station and waiting area
- communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and fair seating
- escort guests to their assigned tables, present menus, and assist with seating arrangements
- engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and respond promptly to inquiries or concerns
