Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and courteously upon arrival
- Manage guest seating to ensure timely and efficient table turnover
- Provide guests with accurate wait times when necessary
- Thank guests sincerely and warmly as they leave
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area
- Communicate effectively with servers and management about guest needs and seating
- Assist with answering incoming phone calls and reservations as needed
