Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine the number of individuals in the group
- Seat guests at clean and available tables, ensuring menus and seating arrangements are set appropriately
- Guide guests through dining areas and provide assistance as needed
- Move and arrange tables, chairs, and utensils to accommodate special group requirements
- Ensure proper place settings including clean napkins and utensils for each guest
- Check that menus are updated, clean, complete, and wrinkle-free
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas throughout the day
- Monitor seating availability, service quality, guest safety, and overall well-being in dining rooms
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures and report any accidents or unsafe conditions
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality and company property protection
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers and handle phone calls according to protocol
- Foster positive workplace relationships and support team goals
- Stay on feet, walk or sit for prolonged periods
- Lift or move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors
