Job Requirements
- ability to work walking/standing for up to 8 hours
- able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- able to safely lift and maneuver up to 30 lbs
- willingness to learn and be trained
- out-going and friendly personality
Job Qualifications
- out-going, friendly, warm and caring attitude
- ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- ability to work well with a team
- experience is a plus but not required
- customer service skills
Job Duties
- manage a wait list
- greet Guests and escort them as soon as possible to a clean table
- bid farewell to Guests leaving, and invite them to return
- expedite food, get beverages, and deliver these items to our Guests
- have a good understanding of our menu
- clean and reset tables
- helping fellow Team Members when appropriate
- able to work walking/standing for 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift
- able to work outdoors in different types of weather
- able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary (30 lbs.)
- maintain cleanliness throughout dining room and restaurant to company standards
