Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old

- Basic knowledge of cash handling and customer service practices
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse customers and team members
- Physical capability to perform light cleaning and assisting with service tasks

- Previous experience in customer service or restaurant environment is an asset

Job Duties
- Greeting and welcoming all customers immediately upon arrival and verifying number in their party
- Determining special needs such as high chairs or special menus
- Collecting payment from customers in accordance with cash handling procedures
- Inquiring about food and service satisfaction and handling customer complaints and suggestions appropriately
- Seating customers at appropriate tables or booths and introducing feature of the day
- Keeping the hostess area stocked and clean including to-go items and bakery products
- Handling incoming telephone calls and taking to-go orders as appropriate
