- Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work full-time or part-time
- Availability for flexible scheduling

- Basic familiarity with reservation systems like OpenTable recommended

Job Duties
- Greet guests politely and enthusiastically
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Maintain organized guest flow and seating charts
- Provide exceptional customer service even under pressure
- Assist with multitasking various front-of-house responsibilities
- Utilize OpenTable or other reservation systems when necessary
