Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Basic math skills for transaction handling
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light cleaning duties
- Willingness to assist team members and take on additional tasks as needed

Job Duties
- Greeting and welcoming customers immediately upon arrival and verifying number in their party
- Suggesting new menu items from limited-time offerings
- Receiving payment and making correct change
- Assisting with beverage orders including bold, signature, or flavored coffees
- Cleaning, completing side work, and organizing supplies as needed
- Willingly assisting other team members without being asked
- Providing total guest satisfaction
