Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to manage high-volume restaurant seating and waiting lists
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide guests with a fresh dining experience
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality and set the stage for an exceptional dining experience by making every single guest feel welcome at the door
- Engage in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion
- Introduce guests to their server
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
- Always sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- Clean and sanitize guest touch points in the restaurant
