Job Duties
- Greet all customers promptly and courteously
- Seat customers as quickly as possible
- Learn and operate the register system efficiently
- Learn and communicate all menu items effectively
- Listen to customer needs and communicate clearly
- Accurately record and assemble call-in orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and workspace
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless service
