Job Duties
- Exemplifying hospitality standards and handling guest requests and complaints with priority on satisfaction
- adhering to standards of personal cleanliness and professional appearance
- cooperating with management and co-workers and assisting others with duties when needed
- performing designated set-up and housekeeping duties including maintaining organization of front desk and restaurant cleanliness
- using proper telephone etiquette and techniques including managing calls and following reservation policies
- functioning as an information center providing knowledge of products, services, events and local information
- performing greeting and seating functions competently with guest satisfaction focus
- coordinating efforts with other service personnel to maximize efficiency
- verifying server cash reports and maintaining security and check control
- knowing emergency procedures and completing other duties as assigned by supervisor
