Job Duties
- Greet guests and seat them at appropriate tables
- record customer reservations and maintain seating charts
- set up and maintain dining areas before service
- assist with stocking silverware and supplies
- advise guests on menus and beverage options
- oversee delivery and service of food and beverages
- act as liaison between kitchen and floor staff
- perform cashier and busser tasks as needed
- follow cash handling policies and secure cash
- patrol assigned areas and refill beverages
- perform additional duties during downtime such as rolling silverware and cleaning
