Job Requirements
- At least two years of experience at a fast paced dining establishment preferred
- A warm and outgoing personality with a passion for food and customer service
- Must have a commitment to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience
- Excellent people skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- The ability to multi-task and work well in a high volume environment
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in other languages is a plus

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and escort guests to their tables
- Provide guests with menus and answer preliminary questions
- Monitor table rotations and track prepared tables for new guests
- Answer the phone and take reservations
- Manage take-out orders when necessary
- Maintain a calm and welcoming demeanor under pressure
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
