Job Requirements
- 16 plus years old
- Friendly and engaging demeanor
- Prior work experience preferred
- Reading, writing, and verbal communication skills required
- Bi-lingual experience a plus

Job Duties
- Greets and seats all guests in a friendly manner
- Assists in maintaining the overall guest flow of the dining area
- Ensures seating service is rotated among server area assignments
- Opens doors for arriving and departing guests
- Remains visible in the front of house and facing the main entrance
- Occasionally delivers food and drinks to guests when extra assistance is needed
- Interacts verbally with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
- Completes assigned opening and closing side work
- Participates in the clearing and resetting of dining room tables using team delivery
- Observes guests, responds to requests, and anticipates guest needs
- Maintains a clean and organized work area
- Explains and demonstrates usage of Tabletop Electronic Devices to guests
- Drives sales with suggestive selling
- Accommodates any special needs of guests such as booster chairs, high chairs, and more
- Manages the waitlist when the restaurant is busy
- May occasionally be scheduled to serve guests in Carside To-Go or Server roles
- Fills out feature sheets
- Assists in general front of house maintenance functions including restroom maintenance, light cleaning, washing windows, sani-bucket rotation, setting up expo line, emptying trash, rolling silverware, and maintaining restaurant curb appeal
